1 year ago (Jan 1 2006) our submission queue was about 120 submissions. Nearly all were undeceded. A dozen or so were submissions from 2004. At least 1 was more than 1 1/2 years old. Today (Jan 1 2007) the current submission queue is: total submissions: 41 total accepted: 32 total new/undecided: 9 oldest submission: 306 days (submitted: July 30 2006) We have come a long way this past year. I would like to see the community come together and see to it that Jan 1 2008 is even better. While this resolution is primarily for judges/publishers other can help as well. More people watching and voting on submissions will help make easier/better decisions by judges.
It's hard to look this good. My TAS projects

Awesome work, Adelikat and Truncated! You have done most of the judging work in 2006.

I concur excellent work in deed. I also want to say thanks to adelikat for giving me a heads up when another of the types of movies I encode becomes accepted.

Awesome work judges. Now we just need encoders and publishers to pick up the slack. (The bottleneck may have moved, but it still exists.)

This can be a cliché, but... Thanks judges. Your work here is really awesome. ^_^ Now back to the work *swing whip*
