A) It won't take you more than a minute to get the hack, whereas it WILL take more than a minute to encode the movie into an AVI file. B) There is nothing illegal about BitTorrent. It's perfectly legal in every way.

You can find the things needed to get the hack without using torrents if that's the problem

Misconceptions and/or idiocy. More of the latter than the former in most cases. Edit: Watched the first world last night. Nice runthrough, and extremely impressive hack, but doesn't really seem like a hack that I'd be willing to play. I would comment about how difficult it looks, but I apparently enjoy playing through SMB2J now, so I dunno if my opinion would mean anything. That, and I haven't played it, and probably won't bother to do so until I get a gamepad for this blasted thing.

Though I haven't so far and probably wouldn't enjoy playing this game at all, a TAS of it would probably be entertaining enough to hold my interest, if the game isn't too long, and there are enough original graphic ideas to keep things interesting visually.

I was suitably impressed. I think that A) this game is TASable, especially since they tried to remove the "fastest way is to fly through everything all the time" which lends to more creative ways to get around the levels (SDW had this too, but not enough, I felt like flying through levels all the time was possible in SDW as well) and more importantly B) you did a great job, especially as a first attempt! No hopping glitch, but still very good.
