(These should be taken as a joke, read on) There are a few movies on this site, that while played perfectly, are still rediculously bad. These runs are canidates for the Golden Feces. (As opposed to the star for excellent ones) A few good ideas: - Adelikat's Jaws. Damn-close-to-perfection (if not perfect) playing, utterly boring and unremarkable game. - Every run of Front Line ever. - Bubble Bobble. Played well, but the incredible wait between levels and annoying, repitive music get very old, very fast. - Vegas Stakes. Whee, betting maximum every time. Boring. Remember, the run itself should be near perfection; it's the quality of the game that really decides this. (After all, authors can't control how crappy the game is)

Perhaps we should give out golden feces to forum posters as well? People who aren't technically wrong or stupid most of the time, but you feel they deserve some feces anyway. Just something to mull over. Edit: Also, Xkeeper, do you find it ironic how you "go ballistic" when someone (who doesn't have english as his first language) mistakes lose for loose or vice versa, and yet you spell it "rediculous"? Just curious.

It's 2:40 AM and that word's a lot longer than "lose/loose". Not to mention, it's obviously a typo, where things like "lose/loose" are both words and (in some cases) interchangable.

IT'S A LONGER WORD? WHAT THE HELL???? And no it's not a typo. It's you not knowing how to spell. Again, what the fuck? Others, Here is the thread in question if no one understands what I'm talking about.

To get back on track, I propose we give feces to Xkeeper for being a retard in this thread.

This seems weird to me, since it's not about the movie, but about the game. If it's about the game, than these "awards" (aren't awards supposed to be a good thing?) would be about the worst games still accepted for publication... which is pretty strange, since games like where is waldo wouldn't get an award since they aren't published. Anyway, this thread seems to me too much like the "worst games to TAS"-thread.

I'm confused by this thread then isn't it a greatest run ever to be rejected thread, which was mainly caused by a bad game, I think the run I did a couple of months ago might contend that and perhaps win hands down. http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=-4195610917658849494&q=speedruns.net EDIT: I fogot Streets of Rage 3 might strongly contend for that as well

Sounds like those "awards" should go to the publishers, not the players.

Jurassic Park. As Zurreco said, "This is the classic case of a bad game being played well". I think after making the Pokémon Red TAS, I'll fiddle around in the game looking for bugs. I suspect there might be a "pause glitch" like in MegaMan. If there is, I'll remake the run, hopefully saving several minutes and allowing it to be published. EDIT: BAD game played well, not GOOD game. Thanks for pointing out the typo.

Hey Xkepper -- losen up! Don't loose your cool! :D As for this category of awful movies despite perfect play... well, Chamale stole my first nomination. But I nominate Cadesh for this award.

This thread should become the "Typo Thread."

I thought that sounded a little strange when I first read it, since good games played well tend to get published here. The edit seems a bit more spot on.

Uhh, my post wasn't edited after that addition was put in there. It was originally written as it stands ('bad game').

Yeah, I understand that, I figured Chamale had misquoted you. However, you did in a way edit what he had said, even if he was quoting what you had said... so yeah, now that everything is all confused, let's just all agree that Jurassic park is a bad game.

http://tasvideos.org/508S.html Another astoundingly boring tas, interestingly enough, it was brought to my attention by the author himself.

Your all-emeralds Sonic 1 run was the best rejected run ever made.
