You did just say you were the master, right? This should be very easy for you. EDIT: Wouldn't you be better trying a 2p run of something? That would somewhat prepare you for this cakewalk.

You get back Sunday evening. I gave you a day and a half to get 60 seconds of unoptimized work done, and you need more than a day and a half? Fine, I ammend the initial agreement. The turn in time is now 0001 Teusday morning PST. You just got yourself two whole extra minutes.

I get back on 7 followed by 3 hours of unpacking. No time! I'm doing half on monday an half on tuesday.

No, you're doing it all on Sunday night and Monday. If you need more than a day and a half to get this work done, you're no master.

I remember a time when everyone around here was helpful to people, even those who don't know what they're getting in to... That said, go for it. I'll watch your run if you finish it.

I don't think this is a good idea, the recently published quad was accepted because if was somewhat novel (as in the first). Don't expect people to be so warm to this idea second time round.
I seriously think that the entertainment value of a run like this should be considered before any real work begins on it. While it sounds like a good idea on paper, it's hard to watch more than one run at once, and the sounds overlapping isn't particularly enjoyable either. Personally I'd rather see separate runs that obsoleted the current wario games.

You know, you could just watch one run at a time.

I can watch one run at a time by watching a single run done as fast as possible. Course we only have the Wario 4 run for that. So why do you, "the Master" not just do 3 runs, one for each Wario game that we do not have a video for yet?

Yeah, really, what's happened in the last 3-ish months? I remember a time when everyone was once courteous and helpful, when I made a crap run it was "Good job but" not "Sucks even though it's a good job". Now my list of people who've insulted me in some way is over 10.

Speaking of thinking clearly, it occurs to me now that in writing this post, I have unwittingly made myself a hypocrite. I hate it when that happens. Peace, everybody.

Although Dromiceius's post covers pretty much everything (especially in that last part), I'd also specify things like inability to withstand criticism, inability to back up bold claims, using nonsensical (let alone irrelevant) arguments, and chatting in forum threads. Note that these things are happening way too often nowadays.

Here is what annoys me about Chalame and Rridgway the most. You're both just looking for attention, and in the "last 3-ish months", more people have realized it and stopped catering to this. If you want to be taken seriously, stop talking and start doing.

I'm not so much unable to back up bold claims as not able to focus on making one run... But Rridgway, he's unable to back up claims. He's been abducted by aliens 5 times in the past year, but unfortunately no one noticed he was gone any of the times :P EDIT: Post 500

I have faith in you ridgewaycer, don't listen to these non-believers. I will expect to see some sort of demonstration though within a couple days, showing off your claims. Congratulations Chalame on your 500th post. I can only hope that one day I too will have over 500 posts. That way I would be an Active player instead of a just a measly regular player.

Hero, Hero, Hero..... you are FAR more than a measly regular player in my eyes. ^_^ Rridgeway, I am in no means saying you shouldn't TAS at all.... But as pointed out on the first page, there is a technical reason why it won't work... you'll find out soon enough.

Postcount and rank mean nothing in regards to who you are and what you contribute. A postcount does not tell the viewer exactly how much of said posts actually contain relevant, useful and helpful information, nor does a rank tell the viewer how much you've TASed etc (at least anymore). Edit: Changed slightly as I didn't notice the not-so-obvious sarcasm. Whoops. Guess its more of a redundant random fact now...

Like I said, it'll be up by tommorow night. Edit: @comicalflop: You mean that VBA wont accept input when closed? I've solved that. Just input the input 4 imes (1 for each run) on the same frame.

I was doing some testing on your idea, and IMO a quad run wouldn't do too well. Wario Land 4 is the only one for GBA, so it will have free extra L + R button inputs. #1 is the most different, with the different hats giving their own strategies and charge jumps not lasting until you land. While 2 and 3 are the most similar, #3 is the only one on GBC, you don't start out with all of your abilities, plus the vertical screen scrolling glitch in the third is too abusable to be passed up. Overall, the games vary too much between each to make it look similar enough, especially since they spread across three systems.

About the vertical screen scrolling glitch, how exactly can it be abused? All it does is make the tiles de sync with standonable terrain.

Be sure to use that uhh.. movie converter thingy I heard about that allows a movie to be converted from a certain type to another. :D (Or maybe I'm going delusional) Good luck trying to run three different emulators at once.. I can just imagine the pain of watching this.. so much Wario music.. @_@
