I've messed around with FCEU for a little while, but I still have no idea how to play the movies. Help me please.

Make sure you have blip's patched version of FCEU. Then load the correct rom and then from the file menu take play movie. Browse the correct (and inflated) movie file (.fcm) and press ok.
