I changed some nomenclature on the site. People who used to be "publishers", are now SUPERJUDGES, for they embody the privileges of judges and publishers at the same time. "Halfpublishers" have been promoted to PUBLISHERS. This should make things easier to understand, easier to document, and sound more happy and optimistic alltogether.
