YouTube video From what I can gather, the emulation is running too fast and not at a constant rate, and the sound/video is extremely jittery. He says the normal FCEU didn't have this problem. In additon, he's tried different versions and different configuration files and nothing seems to fix the problem.

For anyone else who has this problem and happens to read this thread. The solution is to go to Config > Video and under sync settings select "Lazy wait for VBlank".

Update: This seems to be a problem with dualcore processors (AMD seems to be a problem but not intel). So you can also fix the problem by setting it to run on a single core. Go to taskmanager, right-click and select affinity, and uncheck on of your cores. A fix to this problem is in the latest SVN and will be in the next release.

I'm having a problem with FCEUX sound popping. it's nowhere near as bad as in that video, though. My processor is an intel Core 2 Quad 6600. Setting the video config to "Lazy wait for VBlank" didn't help, I've tried every combination of messing with the sound settings I can think of, and Setting the affinity to just 1 CPU didn't make any difference either.
