Also, I'm working on a Mega Man 3 speedrun. I'll post the WIP for that when I finish the first level. :D

P.S. Are you still working on your MM5 speedrun?
Yes, I'm halfway redoing the Gravityman stage. I've been very busy the past few weeks, so I didn't work on it much, but I should have a bit more time for it the next few weeks. I'll post in the Mega Man 5 topic when I'm done with Gravityman.

It's looking very nice. Are you using subpixel RAMadresses to optimize the sliding? And a lag adress to minimize the lag? I think these are vital for getting the TAS to be absolutely perfect. Also, you should consider using FCEUX. The fcm file you posted syncs just fine when it's converted to fm2.

Well, I am using the subpixel address. I'm just really good at optimizing lag by doing the sliding and stopping technique. I hope you liked the new strategy I used for Flame Man's stage. :) I'm going on to Plant Man's stage now. I'll post a WIP when I'm done with that stage.

Because you have tags you inputted there. I am not annoyed but I've ever never before seen any persons acting like you :D Are you from a different dimension, galaxy or planet?
Nope, sorry. Also, I haven't seen you around here in a while. Did you get to see my speedrun? :D

I watched it and I liked what I saw (please go ahead!), except for the Windman boss battle. I just don't like the random floor-scrubbing act / leftright act. I don't particularly enjoy people with ADHD.

I'm glad you enjoyed my movie! :D And about the floor sliding during the first boss, I had to do that to speed up charging my weapon. I'm still on Plant Man's stage (I'm on the last section). I'll post that WIP when I finish that level.

I can't believe how smooth your WIP looks, even with the crazy ADHD sliding. Keep on kicking it.

How far ahead of the published run is this? Do you plan on finishing it?

Yes, I do plan on finishing this. I'm at the beginning of Mr. X's Fortress Stage 3.

Err, how many frames ahead of the published run are you, at the point you are at?

I just did the calculations and Shinryuu arrived at Mr. X Stage 3 1095 frames slower than I did.

For some reason I feel like I have to redo the stage 2 boss fight (mostly because I'm having trouble tryinig to luck manipulate the flamethrowing enemies at the beginning of the next stage and I think randomness carries on to the next stage for fortress stages). Plus, it looks really laggy at some parts. I think I'll go ahead and post the WIP after stage 2.
