My friends were really into the Morimoto video back in the day, but they lost interest when they saw me actually trying to make my own clip. Since then...it's pretty much just been my thing (not that I make movies anymore).

I have shown TASes to most of my friends, but only one of them was really interested enough to look at anything beyond what I showed them. I like to watch TASes with my brother, though, and my mother thinks it is an interesting, if time consuming, hobby. There is also someone here...with whom I would love to become better acquainted...<3

May I take a guess?
You're just fucking stupid, everyone hates you, sorry to tell you the truth. no one likes you, you're someone pretentious and TASes only to be on speed game, but don't have any hope, you won't get there.

I could never love someone who insists that their name should start with a lowercase letter. No, it is not mmbossman. That we each have an eight-pointed star as our avatar is purely a coincidence. (Besides, mine is completely different! It has five colors that blend together between each point, and there is a purple dodecagon behind it!) Edit: For future reference, this used to be my avatar:

My friends basically think it's all a waste of time, from the little I've told them about it. So I don't talk about it very much.

I often try and show my friends my speedruns and then I show them some TASes. Sometimes it's hard to explain things to people that think it's some sort of "cheating" or codes were used or something. I generally just tell people that video games have errors and it's fun to exploit them. When I've told people the process of TASing, they cringe. Basically inferring "why would you waste all your time doing THAT!?". I've tried to show my friends the most interesting TASes, but they aren't really interested in seeing more. Some of these people are even hardcore gamers, but they're just not interested in speedrunning/TASing like we are.

I used to talk about TASing and speedruns in general quite a bit with two of my good guy friends when I was more active here. I guess my sister also knew quite a bit about it. Nowadays it's not a big part of my life, but I've shown my girlfriend a few speedruns, including the ones I did myself, I guess. I wouldn't be caught dead talking about how I used to make TASes with random acquaintances and such.
