Hi, want to submit a movie (Streets of Rage 2 - 27:55) but I can't do it because I can't log in from the main page, why?

yeah, but when I put username and password it doesn't log in at all, the page just refreshes...

You are not the first to report the inability to login. And you aren't even the first to not be able to submit because of it. However, I am unable to recreate this error. Can anybody help with this?

I can't login, either. I've logged in before (I had to have, I've made edits), but every attempt I make to do so now just kicks me back to where I came from. Clearing cookies won't remedy the problem, either.
