As part of a longer term plan to help make the site more accessible to newcomers, I am rewriting the FAQ to more closely resemble an actual FAQ rather than the haphazard collection of links that it was before. If you are a relatively new user, or can remember when you were, please suggest further questions that you have (or had) that can be answered there.

I wonder if it would be worth putting an entry about contacting the site managers for whatever purpose (such as for a magazine interview, reporting abuse of tasvideos material, etc).

Well, some of us would rather not be contacted by strangers.

That's why it might be a good idea to set up a generic admin contact email or submission form or whatever, which could then be periodically checked by admins and other people in charge.

Perhaps one or two of these questions is relevant on the FAQ page. Or perhaps just a link to this page.

The rules page says: "A user who wishes to change username, or who has forgotten the password to the account, should contact an administrator." There's no mention, however, how that can be done. This isn't immediately obvious in other pages either. I think it would be nice if it said how you can contact an administrator.

Perhaps mention should be made to PM an administrator via the forums PM system? I'll add it in now, but I'm not completely sure if it is 100% appropriate... it's basically better than nothing. Edit: Now that I think about it, should direct linking to either Nach or adelikat's PM submission form be added? It isn't terribly hard to do and requires you to be a registered forum user, but, well... yeah, I'm not sure how it'd tide with you guys.

Why doesn't my emulator have the RR options? I remember trying to just play a video with any old emulator way back. It would be nice to have a list of what emulators are required, or a link to the list already made. But it needs to be in the FAQ regardless.
