Game objectives

- Does not destroy Police vehicles.
Last week, I accidentally found a way to mainipulate the vehicles on the road. So I started this run.
Salt In The Wound
I recorded a new movie, paste the last movie's input in, then from that I editted it repeatly to find the fastest way to obtain a Red Dukes. This took 0 rerecords.
During the ride, I added around 2000 frames all with the "B" button pressed, then added the camerea change later. This is when I found out that you can only change the camerea on a laggy frame. I manually tried most of the possible frames that, when the camarea angle is changed, results in a road without cars. This also took 0 rerecords.
During the start of the mission, I paste the input from the last movie, then editted to be 2 frames faster.
The boat chase is one of the 2 parts that actually require rerecording. As the stage frequently consist of lag spanning multiple frames, input that is pasted into it will desync. I mainipulated 3 jetty's to group together so that I can destroy the Helicopter. I grouped them up again to cause a huge explosion at the bridge. The rest is prety much the same as before. This took the majority of the 2882 rerecords used.
The moment I arrived on the island, I was immediately slapped with a 4 star wanted level. Luckily, the police were
too busy eating donuts mysteriously absent during the chase, so I sped ahead of Kenny and stopped in front of the Penthouse.
I skipped the ending by pressing Start.
I then used a bot to kill off half of the movie's input.
