FractalFusion: This hack, as the movie shows, is too similar to Mega Man 2, and not notable. For that reason, I am rejecting the submission.

CoolHandMike: With new rules removing entertainment for hacks like this, this is now an acceptable game choice.
This submission is rather borderline with optimization imo. There are little issues here and there like Heatman. However, this tas is almost nearly half an hour long and little issues do not overly impact the tas length. Despite some issues, this tas also has a lot of interesting zips and tricks. There is even the trick used in a later submission #2634: woabclf's NES Rockman 2 MIN in 28:03.567 from this author where the author is able to skip a checkpoint and go straight to a boss.

I don't know why; I downloaded it to my flash drive and compared it with the Archive.org streaming mp4 for sparky's Rockman 7 100%, which worked fine on the PS3; Media Player Classic Homecinema's Properties viewer said that they were both H264/AAC, so I have no idea why the one worked and the other did not.
