Post subject: Savestate errors in 0.9.4+ (solved)

I made a WIP of Kirby Squeak Squad which completes the first world a year ago on 0.9.4+ (with Fast-Fetch Execute enabled to remove emulation lag). It was said that 0.9.5 removes this lag as well, but I had problems with this version and now I don't want to change the emulator and begin from scratch. Now I want to continue my WIP, but I can't load nor save any savestate. "Error save to x Slot" "Error load from x Slot" It worked perfectly fine on Windows XP, but now it doesn't on Windows 7. Help please, thanks in advance...

Problem already solved thanks to Mothrayas. The directory setting was messed up so I fixed it.

Why on earth are you using 9.4? Use 9.6!

Because I started the WIP on 0.9.4+ I don't want to restart the movie everytime a new version is released. The game is emulated well enough (only issue is a small graphical bug during screen transitions, but that can be ignored and doesn't affect gameplay).

Some of my old WIPs are on 0.9.5 due to historical reasons. However, the latest ones are still on 0.9.5 simply because 0.9.6 is much slower than 0.9.5 on my PC, which could increase the production time by about 33-100%.

Config -> Emualtion Settings -> Disable advanced bus timing That should help Better yet, get a nicer computer already! 9.6 is much better than its predecessors in terms of emulation accuracy (which we highly value here). So much so I'm considering not accepting old desmume movies anymore.

3 more fps. I can't say that it's useless, but...
9.6 is much better than its predecessors in terms of emulation accuracy (which we highly value here). So much so I'm considering not accepting old desmume movies anymore.
Is v0.9.6 still so more accurate than the previous versions when "advanced bus timing" is off? As far as I've known, many new movies are made or being made with this option off. This is a big concern here.
