I haven't watched the run yet but I was thinking it'd be cool to make a video where all the cut scenes are edited out, and maybe pauses too. It would be kind of like action football where it's just all real gameplay and everything else is edited out.
shouldn't pauses be included? since it is gameplay and not a cutscene? and total time of pauses is less than half a minute anyways? :)

Bloob, you wasted 4 seconds in the ganon fight because you 6 cycled him instead of 5 cycle

I was wondering why this run was only 2min shorter than the published run, so I think you should say that the current published run use a Japanese ROM, and is clearly less optimized than this run. Great job ^^ Watching the run

Why do you shuffle around in front of the Medicine Shop Lady?

There's a bug in the game where if you pull out the Odd Mushroom while the text "Potion Shop" is on-screen the hag won't recognize it. Bloobiebla entertains us until the text goes away.

I was wondering if you could do something a little different when going from the bridge to lost woods. Could you drop 2 bombs, then sideways roll once on the railing and mega flip over? or could you take the first bomb all the way to the other end of the bridge and megaflip over the lower middle part of the bridge and land closer to the ladder? Then when you have to run to get your sword in the ganon fight could drop a bomb before hitting ganon then SS off it to your sword, and maybe drop 2 bombs and throw the second over by the sword so you can SS back too. Then in the escape there's an acute angle with the railing and the door for the door that takes you into the lizifoe fight, could maybe part way glitch past the door with this since the door is part of the angle? Also, idk if you can get isg during the escape but could you hover under the spiral pathway and backflip glitch into the wall?

Those suggestions are all awesome but unfortunately none are possible :( In the Lost Woods you can't flip over any part of the railing, you have to either clip off of it like I did or land on it and wait for a couple of seconds while Link lays there and stands up. You could land on the railing, get up, sideroll, then superflip towards the ladder but that's slower During cutscenes, bombs still detonate, and the two Ganon scenes are too long so the bomb goes off before the scene ends I messed around with acute angles during the escape scene for a long time and none of them worked :(. I also couldn't find any walls with seams that can be backflipped through

So you can't megaflip from the railing untop of the ledge? And you say you can't flip over any part of the railing, but did you try megaflipping from the end where it's higher over the middle part where it's lower? You could set this up on the far end before the bomb explodes, wasting no time, enabling you to flip towards the ladder.

Slow encoding... There are 4 different qualities wanted for the publication.

What Warepire said. 1920x1440 res is also a pain since it takes so much memory to encode hitting the limits of application memory on a 32-bit app.

Those who want to get higher quality than they can watch on YouTube? Flash decoders aren't exactly the fastest things in the world. For that matter, I'm sure plenty of people enjoyed watching it online but want to have a personal copy so they can watch it anytime without having to track something down on a website.

It's funny because I'm one of those people who want my own personal copy lol. But I ripped it from youtube as well lol.
