Having seen all of the awesome WIPs from the X4 thread, and knowing the quality of sparky's TAS work in general, I think it's safe to vote yes already.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

Letting the YT cache as we speak. Before I watch it, though, I'd like to voice my support for a concept-demo run using the Ultimate Armor code.

I think X5 is better to display the Ultimate Armor in use.

So, I watched it, and the run certainly didn't disappoint. I really liked your general movement. For some reason, hearing little X yell out "Hah-Huh-Haw-Hah-Huh-Haw" all the time was hillarious. Great run, came together beautifully, yes vote.

Im not very sure, but i think that Sigma's Laser Form can be finished a bit soon, isn't it possible to finish with Nova Strike so you will be closer to point X had to move? And also, you skipped the cutscene, you should end the input at the end of the General Dialog. Correct me if im wrong. The rest of it is VERY good, it's obvious that im going to vote yes.

antd, the sound in megaman x4_k.avi encode is choppy. Anyway, thanks for the encodes. I have too seen all your wips and enjoyed them all except the excessive jumping. Easy yes vote. Please keep tasing Mega Man games.

Nova Strike has been already used for Ground Sigma. Ground Sigma's weak weapon damage is 2 (charged 3) whereas Wall Sigma's is 3. Nova Strike's damage is 4. So, using Nova Strike for Ground Sigma is faster, because necessary attack number of times is reduced. I don't input key after General Dialog. I don't know why PSXjin skips animation cutscene automatically. PSXjin's bug?

X's run is much more entertaining than Zero's run due to many weapons and no slash delay. I like Slash Beast stage and the final stage the most. Great work, sparky!

EDIT: Bah, stupid Youtube. Encode removed, HD version is uploading, should fix the sound problems. In theory.

Both of the encodes desync on my end, but I watched enough that I'm voting yes on this run. :3
