I'll address it now. I'd use the following two phrases: 情報や詳細はお訪ね下さい (for information and details, please visit (polite)) 詳細はhttp://TASVideos.org/ をお訪ね下さい (for details, please visit tasvideos.org (polite)) In the first case, it is clear what you are referring to, so there is no need to put このページ (this page) on it. Also, I think there is no need to say that tasvideos.org is an English-language website. This is clear. I would simply put 日本語フォーラムがあります (there is a Japanese-language forum). To avoid confusion from now on, I will post the whole script to use on the logo:
このTASのホームページは
HTTP://TASVIDEOS.ORG/
Mister Epic
Also, you could make your "Encoded by Mister Epic" smaller. It has no kanji in it, and we would prefer not to judge the size of an encoder's ego by the size of the name on the logo. (Except, we do anyway.) And the whole script on the last subtitle:
これはツールアシスト記録です
詳細はhttp://TASVideos.org/をお訪ね下さい

Thanks a lot Fractal. I've deleted the Metroid run since it got an improvement. I'll correct the subtitles as I reencode it.

"Mister Epicによってエンコード" and "ツールアシスト記録" are strange Japanese. This description may be better. Normally in Japan, a word "Tool-Asisted Speedrun" is used in English.

I have been missing this thread. If you write “sm(video number)” on uploder’s description, you can add a hyperlink to the other video. (Note: Brackets are not necessary.)
Part 2: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm15049243
In this case, if you write “sm15049243” on the description of the part1, you can. If the video consists of multi-parts, backing to the searching result and clicking the next part is a bit annoying. You should do it. If you write “mylist/(number)” on uploder’s description, you can add a hyperlink. If the video is composed of a lot of parts, you should put them all together there.
