Encoding HD for teh Russian TASer! Здорово, бро.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

Finally, a submission of this game! I'll wait for feos' HD encode.

This looks to be ~2 minutes slower than this run.

I'm assuming it has the same goals? I guess I'll vote No then.

Wow, what a crazy little game! This is pretty entertaining, except for the parts of two boss fights when you have multiple-choice options. The music and graphics are pretty impressive. (I just wish the music didn't reset with each door transition... World 3 had awesome music.) I would vote Yes for this, but Sonikkustar seems to have linked to a faster run. I'd like to hear some more details comparing these two runs first before I vote.
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:
Shoutouts and thanks to mklip2001 for arguably being the nicest and most supportive person on the forums.

Что ж будем допиливать и обогним японца. Четвертый я уже раньше него начал проходить, но не знал, что есть варпы в 4м и 5м уровнях)

According to Google Translate, he's saying he was ahead of the Nicovideo run but missed a warp, so his run is slower.

Please speak in English on this forum.
Sage advice from a friend of Jim: So put your tinfoil hat back in the closet, open your eyes to the truth, and realize that the government is in fact causing austismal cancer with it's 9/11 fluoride vaccinations of your water supply.

It's too bad we don't have a Russian forum he can post in. I guess we could always have a Russian TASer translate his posts. Well, wicked has verified that he could have skipped a part of the game. Maybe he can fix the movie file and make another submission (and cancel this one).

If he was ahead, then maybe he could just redo a section of the run to include the warp & then just paste it back into the movie.

He is going to redo the run & be faster than Japanese. He started earlier & didn't know about those warps.

I'm really going to overplay like a Japanese and now faster than him at 5 seconds. But there is one problem - at the level 7-2 I did not get to be immortal as in this movie (see 9:42). In this TAS RAM Watch'er shows that after touching a green floor (and player's health equals 0), immortality timer does not change (0), although it is usually after damage is around 200-300 and it decreases quickly. Some reason now the immortality is temporary and not to end level as the last time. Of course I can play this level as Japanese, constantly collecting of immortalities and ends game around at 9:39-9:40, but I would still faster))
