I'm making my first TAS ever, using FCEUX 2.1.5 and I have a problem: I can continue recording the TAS normally, but when I play the movie, it resets the console suddenly at one point and goes to the menu for rest of the frames. The point where it resets is the point where I played the movie for first time, after that I just put it back to Read+Write mode and loaded my save state at the frame the movie ended and continued to record normally. Why does it reset in the movie and how do I remove it? The correct inputs are saved, as I see them in TAS Edit, and I cannot find any input for resetting the console. I didn't find any solutions so I thought I could ask here. Thanks.

It is a bug. And the reset is at the beginning of the line (if you open it in a text editor, dont' know if TASEdit will show it) normally you should see: |0|........| but the bug puts random resets like this: |1|........| (or maybe it was a 2?) When that happens, just remove it from the file with a text editor and it will fix your problem.

Now it works perfectly, thanks. The number it put there was 2, btw.

byrz, I suggest you to use the newest version of FCEUX found here: http://fceux.com/zip This bug, as well as many other, is fixed in it.
