Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger is a tv show, was on air in 1992 in Japan. Well, this is the one which inspired the american Power Rangers. There was a japanese release in NES. This run can be improvised. Link to video

Text scrolls way slow, eh? And no giant robots? That's nearly the entire good part of the Ranger shows. Anyway, if this was on hard mode it seems like it would be interesting enough to watch.

Sure looks that way. At least in the original game with no translation hack, there are fewer characters in the text, so those portions are a bit shorter. Link to video
