Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Battle 22 in 17:22.47 by Noxxa

Near-universally disliked fighting game, released in Japan in 1995 and in USA in 2003. Finishes the game, by defeating all 27 opponents in record time.
Uses Goku because of his ridiculously powerful cl.cr.punch move, which is used to deplete enemies' lifebars really fast.

Game Objectives

  • Emulator used: PCSX-rr v0.1.3
  • Pisses encoder off
  • This thing tends to crash with Eternal SPU
  • Pisses encoder off too
  • Plays on hardest difficulty
  • Features about five times more waiting time than fighting time
  • Aims for fastest time
  • Read: "Here didn't beautiful moments"
  • Is still less shitty than [2281] GBA Tekken Advance by McBobX in 03:36.35
  • Judge will resent accepting it (as per above)
  • Publisher will resent publishing it (as per further up above)
  • Jackpot!

Other comments

There's a lot of variables for each opponent in this game. These include AI, stamina, stun rate, horizontal knockback, knockdown gravity, hitbox width, hitbox height, crouch hitbox height, aerial knockdown hitbox width, aerial knockdown hitbox height, stage, etc. Because of this, I have to modify my strategy somewhat for each opponent. This means there's actually a bit of variety in fighting between the enemies in the game (although they all go down the same either way). Sometimes I need to use different finishing moves, like an elbow smash or a Kamehameha.
Enjoy...maybe?

Nach: Accepting for vault.

A real smashing display from Goku®. Vegeto™ will certainly feel those punches tomorrow. Fighting game TASes that aim for fastest speed are the future! Therefore, yes for having this accepted.

Jack's a good friend of mine. I just borrowed it from him for a couple days.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

The rules does not allow that so now you have to pay the penalty. In my hand I hold 2 buzzers, you must press one of them. EDIT: Wait, you are absolutely in the right. Forgive me for my ignorance. No, this post is most definitely not hijacked.

Are all the fights identical? Also, does this depict violence against children?

Nope (as is stated in the submission text). They are mostly similar, though.

Yes. It also depicts violence against women, elderly people, robots, aliens, gods, fat pink genie manchildren, fused people, and fused children.

Violence is seldom the answer. Have you tried talking about it first?

Yes. It turned out this worked better anyway. It is the Dragon Ball Z-verse, after all.
