Here's the link to the Homepage, where you can get all the information about it, and the files/program you need for your collection hobby: www.SparMission.de Yours sincerly, Thoya.

We actually don't need your help. We have an opportunity, here, to download all TASes from tasvideos. Only problem is, it's outdated. The last update was 2008. And the users from this site have no need for collecting/downloading TASes. tasvideos has encodes from every TAS.

I guess you don't understand what it's like to be a digital packrat. Besides, why hate on an offline backup? What if TASVideos servers and backups are nuked? What will we do for TAS in post-nuclear society?

Hm, with those DATs I am creating you can check your whole collection. After scanning your systems you can get an .txt-file that will show you wich TAS you are missing and have to download. The idea behind that project is, that it can be really confusing if you are collecting TAS files, because the huge amount of TAS that exist. I am collecting TAS/Speedruns for years for myself and I am confusing every time, a new run is released, because I have to check the whole folder of an system manually. So, with those data files this problem should be solved. Beside of that, this tool is renaming the TAS perfectly. Sorry for my bad English, but I hope you can understand a little bit more now about this project. Greetings, Thoya.

A backup is nothing wrong, I just found it weird someone says he's collecting TASes.

If you really want them all just grab: http://tracker.tasvideos.org/torrents.tar.bz2 This you can use in your torrent client to not only keep track of which torrents you have but download what you're missing. Since the file is large, after your initial import (or your monthly update), you can subscript your torrent client to http://tasvideos.org/publications.rss to automatically download new torrents as they're released. If you need a programmable way to interact with all our movies, or have your torrent client grab them via RSS feed, we offer: http://tasvideos.org/allmovies.rss If you'd like to browser through our movies system by system programtically, you can use: http://tasvideos.org/systems.rss The XBMC version of TASVideos does just that and more: https://code.google.com/p/xbmc-plugin-video-tas/ (The RSS feeds also make it easy to grab the input version of the files, and easy to sort by system too)

Hello, There is something more I want to show you: After you scan your TAS with those DATs I created, the files will be renamed, like I said before. So, for example we got "lozoot-tas-alldungeonstemplesganontrialsswordlesslink.mp4" This is an filename I dont want in my Nintendo 64 system-folder, so after this file is scanned, it will be renamed to: "The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time (JPN v1.0) [All Dungeons, Temples & Ganon Trials].mp4" This should help collectors renaming the collection, look if the collection is complete and for faster finding a TAS you want to watch. Hope this information helps. Greetings, Thoya.

Hello, after many hours of hard work, "SNES" is now complete. The last system that is missing now, is "NES". That will be a hard one, because there are so many TAS of this system. :) Greetings.
