I nominate mtbRc (just like last year) for his numerous high quality DS Castlevania runs. I also nominate Lord Tom for his F-Zero X runs, and MrGrunz for his Ocarina of Time TAS work.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

I have to add numerics. He seems to have created one of our most beloved TASes ever.

I second Lord Tom for the very large amount of optimization he put into his impressive F-Zero X runs.

SoulCal... considering how RE4 was almost given up.. and then to come back with such utter destruction of the game! An absolute amazing triumph and showing what someone can do when they never give up. Mr. Kelly R. Flewin

SoulCal for his RE4 run which is one of my fav in all times and also gamerfreak5665 for his Nightfire TAS. I also wanted to vote for MrGrunz but I think this year those 2 guys deserve it.

This is a tough call... I'd say Grunz and Bloob because of the insane amount of work they put in OoT this year, but I also love THC's TASes. Edit: might aswell add zvsp to this list! I forgot Bomberman 64 "100%" was done this year and I really enjoyed helping him on that project.
