I apologize for my current limited understanding of Japanese. I had a question about the MEGA DRIVE game 'ラングリッサー２' (Langrisser 2).

Does anyone know how to legitimately access this level?

1度ゲームクリアし2周目でないとそのシナリオは遊べない と書いてある所もありました
TASvideoでやるには…ルール違反になる可能性があります
条件 面セレクトを発動させ全シナリオ(1-27 ?1-3)を指揮官敗北0クリア後26をセレクトしクリアする
すこし時間をもらえれば日本語版で試せます(英語版は所有していません)

My attempt at a translation of AmaizumiUni's info:
For the Japanese version, too, different sites have differing info on how to do this.
Some of them mention you need to beat the game once and be on the second playthrough of the game to access it.
This may possibly be against TAS rules, not sure.
Conditions: start the Scenario Select, clear all scenarios (1-27, ?1-3) without any of your commanders being defeated once. After that, select Scenario 26 and clear it again.
If you'll give me a little time, I'll test it out on the Japanese version (I do not possess the English version).

I can't tell if the game has to be cleared once, then all stages beaten a 2nd time, then scenario 26 has to be beaten a third time? Maybe I'm overthinking what's being said.
「2周目でないとそのシナリオは遊べない」ということなら、2周目で全シナリオをまたクリアし、２６面だけを三回目でクリアする必要があるということですか。考えすぎかもしれません。

Thanks for helping with the translation! I'm actually motivated to go back through my college textbooks/CDs to continue my Japanese again.
Between both forums, the stage conditions seem to be leaning towards having to complete at least a second playthrough. Either way, I'm planning on something fun for that level if I can't include it in a TAS.

When a full playthrough is required to access something on a second run, isn't it acceptable to TAS sometimes if there is a verification movie/file? For example, games that have New Game+ and the like. That might be an option if you really want to be able to access Scenario ?4 in the TAS．But not really certain if this game would qualify for that treatment.
２周目のみにあるシナリオを目指すなら、２周目からTASを始めてもいいかもしれません、一周目をクリアした証拠の確認ファイルがあれば大丈夫な場合もあると思います。（たとえばNewGame+などでTASを始める場合）このゲームでも大丈夫かどうかはわかりませんが。
