At 4:10 in the tower, couldn't you use the same jump as earlier to skip one stage?
Sadly the rest of the tower is only a bit too high to skip her :P.

sorry to being too inactive, but I'm close to give up the TAS... there is many new strategies found and I can't hex on dolphin in total that can save 2 min but i don't want to restart it took me so long...
