Post subject: what to do with .img / .cue / .sub / .ccd......

So, I got PuLiRuLa for ps1 and it came with a .img, .cue, .sub and .ccd The emulator I use is PSXjin 718. When I try to run the .img there, the game runs finely but the BGM's are mute. What should I do with those 4 files? I'm pretty sure I should do something with them to get the BGM's working.

Does the .cue list more than just the data track? If it does, that CD likely had CD-DA for music, and PSXjin just does not support that.

You use .img or .bin nothing else. Also check with other emulators about the audio issue. Or mention what the game is here.

If the audio is CD-DA, it's not going to work anyway, doesn't matter if it's .img or .bin, think of the Pepsiman TAS. Also, the game was mentioned, the name is PuLiRuLa.

This is what the .cue lists: Can someone check if it's possible to get the game running with audio? I got a similar problem with another game called "In the Hunt" I tested both games on ePSXe and they gave me the same audio issue.

Don't mount the .cue, it won't tell you anything in this case, because all you will see is the data-track as browseable files. Instead open the .cue in notepad, and then check if there contains several rows that contains the word "TRACK ##".

It was possible to fix the Pepsiman TAS during encoding so that it would have audio, all hope is not lost.

While TASing, nothing, let it be. If it's possible to fix, encoders will fix it during processing.
