Those are some amazing glitches with the key in Vanilla Dome 2 (in part 2 video). Actually, I'm seeing new glitches everywhere. Are those doable in the SNES version?

Same here, that key trick in V.Dome 2 was awesome. I did make an Changes video in late 2007 but it didn't cover glitches. The notable change in the Advance version is that your life count can go up to 999 instead of 99 and you can get 1-ups from spamming your Cape spin against a Koopa/Buzzy Beetle. There are some minor level design changes in the Fortress and Koopa Kids' castle just to add Dragon coins.

Topic merged with existing thread about this game. Also, a tip for the future: please use a more descriptive topic title when posting a thread. "Should i ?" does not say much to someone who glances over the forum threads.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

I started working on a 100% completion TAS of Super Mario Advance 2 a while ago, after I finished my any% TAS. I am posting this here because I don't feel like I will complete it. I am also unhappy with a few unoptimized parts. I basically followed the same route as ISM's TAS wtih various improvements. Much of the time saved comes from less lag by using a newer emulator, but I found a few time saving tricks. The reason I got a yoshi in VD3 was to obtain a yoshi wings exit in Cheese Bridge Area. Also if anyone wants to upload this for some reason anywhere, go ahead. http://bin.smwcentral.net/u/17388/SMA2%2B100%2525%2BWIP%2Bby%2Bgbreeze.vbm

Sacrificing Yoshi is faster than using the P-switch All Dragon Coins run, get the yellow switch, star road early, special zone, Larry's castle for last of Dragon Coins to skip end castle cutscene, go to back door via select screen.

This is surprising. What's the reason Mario and Luigi makes so much difference in time for RTA then? :/ Maybe a lunar dragon run without completing all exists can be interesting?

Luigi definitely has lower ground speed when not riding Yoshi IIRC (by 4 subpixels/frame); that video's a misleading comparison.
