"There is a specific thing that comes out of place, is that I miss the sub-chief of "CRYSTAL SNAIL" making a bug. I fell behind a little large mechanical fish level "BUBBLE CRAB" to dereference the time with others. And another bug I conducted down the stairs in "MORPH MOTH"
The game difficult because it depends on the moves you make to know that acontinuación event occurs, for example, bosses and some enemies.
I continued with the fastest order in which defeat first boss. Then I have to think how I can speed up the process in the race. Analyzed the bugs that existed and I practiced a lot.
What is most difficult for me was the level for the second time defeating bosses, and "MAGNA CENTIPEDE"
Well I hope you like it, Maybe put my effort in this TAS. Hope you enjoy and be part of the other videos. Thank you ..."

Noxxa: Judging.
Noxxa: This run aims to match [809] SNES Mega Man X2 by FractalFusion, Graveworm in 31:42.45, but fails to match it in optimization and technique. Despite advantages in lag glitches such as the Crystal Snail miniboss, as well as time gained from using the Japanese version, it still ends up with a lower total time. Rejecting due to being slower and less optimized than an existing run of its category.

Slower than http://tasvideos.org/809M.html which is 31:42.45 and the same category (100% collection is the fastest way to beat X2)

huh, it doesn't have the branch "100%" on it... interesting... I wonder how many 100% TASes we have doesn't have the branch 100% on it... or is there a specific reason I'm not seeing. Edit: Thank you Patashu for the explanation. Anyways, No Vote. Judging on the Submission Description and watching a bit back it seemed a bit unoptimal to the other Mega Man X2. A lot of effort but not enough effort.

It's not labelled as 100% because any% == 100% in MMX2, kind of like how you don't label any% as low% in games where any% == low%

You might be right, I forgot the zero parts are a thing.

Zero parts make it the best ending run, but all items is still all items (including the Shoryuken). Would anyone wish 809M to be called 100% as a branch?
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

IMO it doesn't need to be changed, but we can clutter up a different thread about that instead of this one. :)

I watched the run, and it's basically the same thing as the old movie, with the same mistakes, and none of the new tricks or strategies that has developed over the years. Due to lack of optimization it's also slower than the old run, even though it uses the Japanese version. http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=26556776686719098173 I don't know if this is a good site, but here's at least a short .bkm I made a while back that should help SierraNTS in learning about optimizing RNG, lag and the movement of the character. I hope you see this, and that you find it helpful.

It's not 100% if you don't collect the Zero parts! And this run doesn't collect them, making it equivalent to the current any% publication. And yet, it's slower. Voting No.
