I don't think I've played this one since I was 13, but I do remember it being a fun, very challenging strategy game (which I never came close to beating). Anyhow, has anyone ever come across any strategy guides or playthroughs on the net? Gamefaqs has nothing; niconico came up short; and the only thing YouTube uncovered was this sweet playlist of the game's soundtrack:
"But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." - 1 Corinthians 2:9

Yeah, I guess the game is too hardcore to gather any fans. I am tempted to say that the clumsy interface reminds me of Dwarf Fortress.

Admittedly, it makes Langrisser look like checkers. The game's highest difficulty is very hard (and I've never played higher than normal). It'd be a passion project, for sure. 16 maps, I believe, altogether.
