Post subject: BizHawk isn't opening

So every time I try to run EmuHawk.exe, nothing happens. Windows does its automatic warning, asking me if I want to run this program but after clicking yes, nothing. I've installed the pre-req, that ran no problem. As does discoHawk.exe. Checking through task manager does show EmuHawk running but not taking any processor and when I click on it in the list it vanishes. Just wondering if anyone knows of a solution to this problem?

What version of BizHawk? The latest is 1.10.0, download that if you are using anything earlier Try moving all the files from the /dll folder and put them in the same folder as EmuHawk.exe If that doesn't work, try manually installing .net 4.0 Let us know if any of this fixes your problem

It might be a case of your system not supporting OpenGL, in which case you can switch to GDI+ as explained in these few posts.

I had this problem before. It turned out norton was deleting some dll files. Is your anti virus doing that?
