Post subject: Bizhawk not opening PC Engine CD ROM ISO

Hello. In current Bizhawk I try to load an PC Engine CD ISO the emulator open starting being PSX instead of start being PC Engine CD. In previous versions had worked fine and now not open. Any ISO start and finish in PSX BIOS screen. Thanks.

Are you using 11.0 by chance? 11.1 fixes that.
