Anyways, another bug: For the TAStudio markers, usually, the marker at frame 0 cannot be deleted. If you had done a bunch of inserts/deletions, and made a new marker in between those actions, when undoing it it will remove the "frame 0" marker instead of the newest one made.
Also, right clicking at the top part of the piano roll at frame 1 or so while moving the mouse sometimes gave this:
