A minor issue, but it seems for "insert # of frames", in order to have 1,000+ frames inserted, you have to type 999, then press up over and over. Can this please be made to allow another digit?

1. Create a new tasproj
2. Record 20 blank frames
3. Drag down some new input from frame 10 to frame 30
4. Frame advance a few times without going past the end of the new input
5. Drag down a different piece of input from any frame past frame 30

The RR counting is actually not working as intended. The current method of "increment rerecords when greenzone state is invalidated" is only working for platforms which have greenzone states on every frame, but with n64 it might often not invalidate a greenzone state.

I found a bug. I think it's related to TAStudio so I'll post it here:
Steps:
1. Open a GBA Rom
2. Set the GBA core to mGBA
3. Make a short movie (bk2 file)
4. Stop the movie.
5. Set the GBA core to VBA-Next
6. Reset the core.
7. Open a bk2 file made from the mGBA core
8. Play it a bit, close (stop) the movie
9. Without advancing a frame, open TAStudios.
You will then get this
And after clicking ok, TAStudios will show up. Pressing any button then goes like this:

The problem here is that VBA-Next is a separate Core from mGBA and the movies should, in theory, not play cross-core. I will escalate this to something to further look into.

I've had this happen twice to now where BizHawk crashes after trying to load a branch, then the size of the .tasproj file I was working on is drastically reduced and I get this error message upon trying to reopen it. I've been backing up my files fairly regularly, but it has caused me to lose nearly a full day worth of work twice now. Is there any way to restore the .tasproj I was working on, or use branches without this happening in the future?

If that happens again, just open it with something like 7-Zip and remove the Greenzone file. The states got corrupted for some reason.

Right, it doesn't switch the core to the one in the movie. Probably that happens on other systems that have several core options. It's not a tastudio bug, report in the main bug thread.

I'm not sure I like the business of automatically switching cores. I concede the usefulness, but there's big differences between cores. Having the wrong core selected should be as big a senseless incompatibility as the wrong system.

It happened again though, this time by trying to go back to a point in the TAS where there were no were no close savestates, causing it to start from frame 0, and then adding input into that section.

You should try exporting to a bk2 after every couple thousands of new frames done. I'm doing that after my first tasproj file got corrupted, and while this may be annoying, better losing ~2000 frames of work than hours of work worth tens of thousands of frames.
