Latest videos I uploaded only are in 360p and 720p instead of 1080p 50 or 60fps Someone also had this problem?

Simple. Let it finish processing. This is normal.

Ahahah, that's what they said on google's forum:
"vwestlife said : Be patient. It may take up to several days after uploading for the higher resolutions and frame rates to become available."
WTF "several days"? My videos are uploaded in mkv, so there is almost no treatment from youtube. Normally, it takes only a few minutes, but the upload and processing of this example is completed for more than 12 hours. I uploaded a video of a half minutes, 7 hours ago, to test, and it is similar, only the 360 and 720p 30fps are available... So I wonder if other people also have this problem.

If it still isn't processed after 7 days, I would check if it's just you not seeing the quality options, or if it's actually a problem with everyone.
Warning: Might glitch to credits I will finish this ACE soon as possible (or will I?)

Another video I uploaded a few minutes before had been treated at 1080p 60fps. And available in these quality options within minutes after treatment as usual. That's why I do not understand why the last two are not, I have absolutely nothing changed in the encoding.

About 33% of the stuff I've encoded since 60fps begun I had to wait a day or two. It didn't matter on length of the encode, it's normal for YouTube. Hell my submission of Guilty Gear X: Advance Edition took 3 hours just to get the 60. It was 720 and just no 60. So when I wrote "this is normal" it means "this is normal".

Well this is the first time that's happened to me in years ... If you say more than 7 hours after a one-minute video is not yet processed ... I believe you and simply wait. Edit: Well, it seems that the problem is related to google chrome, so problem solved. No need to wait hours or days a hypothetical video processing, it's just google chrome who decided to show only the 360 and 720p 30fps, video processing is still done in minutes.
