Hey should I just do the 8 worlds, 9 Worlds or go all the way up to the alphabet worlds?

You should do them all! 9 World and Alphabet Worlds included!

Can you post a WIP somewhere so that we can comment on it?

If you use warp zones in this version, I believe it skips world 9 and goes right from 8-4 to A-1. I don't know if you're using warps or not, but if you are planning on playing world 9 then you won't want to warp. Wasn't world 9 strange and buggy? I don't remember too well.

"Can you post a WIP somewhere so we can comment on it?" I'm not using warps, and I'm new to all of this, so what do you mean post a WIP?

What's the name of the ROM you're using? Are you using All Stars or All Stars + World? Edit: Got it to sync with All Stars + World. Is your aim for fastest time? You may want to check out the SMAS Lost Levels run on SDA for something to compare to. Edit2: The run actually desynced around 5-3.

oh megaman.. you really need some pratice if you want to submit something here.. i.i first of all.. you are using an overdump rom "[o1]", when there's a verified good dump rom "[!]".. basically, try to archieve any solid objective (example: fastest time).. accomplish it with the hardest work u can give.. and dont do useless movements, like shooting useless fireballs, it really looks sloppy.. you have the tool for rerecord it if you miss something.. do incredible things, do everything a normal player cant do (accomplishing your objective, of course), people loves it.. well, check it out the nesvideos pages, it gives you some guidelines.. ^^

I'm done then, that's the best i can do [edit] I'l try again when you guys start accepting zmv's because my problem is I don't have the patience to have to go back to the last time I had a chance to press the save button. I'd do much better if I can rewind a few seconds.

You have to go back to the last time you "had a chance" to press the save button? Can't you save anytime? Maybe you're not slowing down or pausing enough.

I'm very uncoordinated and I can't just reach over and hit the button anytime. [edit] I remapped my keys so now I can!

You may want to map the "emulator pause" hotkey to something easy to hit. That way, you can pause quickly when needed, and then take your time to decide whether or not to save and in what slot, or to load, or what to do in the game. There's more useful stuff on the Using Emulator Tools page, like how to use speed adjusting and frame advance. Those features may help you as well.

If you can't hit the save button in time, you're running the game at a too high speed. Try setting it even lower. Even if you make a mistake, you can stop recording, replay your movie file and make a savestate whereever you want it, and then resume recording from there. Read the FAQ files, there's a lot of help in there.

In Snes9x, you can use frame advance. Press it to go at your own pace and hold it to go fast.

I'm also confused - did you intend to upload a movie that starts in the middle of a level, took no re-records to make, and only lasts for 7 seconds? Or did you accidentally overwrite your movie with this one? In any case, you should make sure Mario never stops running to the right except when it's absolutely necessary to stop. If you wait for enemies like you do here, then it's really obvious that you're not beating the game as fast as possible, which won't be accepted. Also, unless this was changed to not work in the conversion to the SNES version, you should start each level by doing the jumping-backwards trick to accelerate faster.
