This is the new Ms. Pac-Man 2 Players Submission, it's 25,994 frames faster or 7 mins 11 seconds faster than the previous submission.
Story:
Ms. Pac-Man is a 1982 maze arcade game developed by General Computer Corporation and published by Midway. It is the sequel to Pac-Man (1980), and the first entry in the series to not be made by Namco. Controlling the titular character, the player is tasked with eating all of the pellets in an enclosed maze while avoiding four colored ghosts. Eating large flashing “Power Pellets” will cause the ghosts to turn blue and flee, which can be consumed for bonus points.
Gameplay:
The gameplay is very similar to that of Pac-Man. The player earns points by eating pellets and avoiding monsters (contact with one causes Ms. Pac-Man to lose a life). Eating an energizer (or "power pellet") causes the monsters to turn blue, allowing them to be eaten for extra points. Bonus fruits can be eaten for increasing point values, twice per round. As the rounds increase, the speed increases, and energizers generally lessen the duration of the monsters' vulnerability, eventually stopping altogether.
Other Versions:
The Genesis, Master System, and NES versions, by Tengen, and the Super NES version, by Williams Electronics, took a few liberties. They featured four different sets of mazes: the original arcade mazes, bigger mazes, smaller mazes, and "strange" mazes. There was also a Pac-Booster option that let players make Ms. Pac-Man move much faster which was only available in the original arcade game from a maintenance menu. These versions also allowed two people to play simultaneously, with player 2 as Pac-Man. The game ends at level 32, with an intermission where Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man say good-bye.

Not wondering into the void not collecting the dots and absurd routing choices, besides the use of 2 player.

And yes you did have the edge to my input at the very start however you lost all that advantage when we moved to the top half.

We can easily assume this TAS was made in roughly 3 days, 7 hours, maximum 4 days, and we wouldn't be wrong on that assumption thanks to your announcement.

I'm a little baffled.
You have places where no ghosts exists (at the beginning of levels, especially the 1st blue level), yet you are not perfectly synced up on both players as you work your way up towards the top. This is a DEAD give-away that it is not optimized.
I'm sorry...no vote.
I recently discovered that if you haven't reached a level of frustration with TASing any game, then you haven't done your due diligence.

It seems like the routing choices are solely dependant on RNG with the ghosts especially on level 2 and level 3 from the demonstrations provided, maybe I'm not being as observant enough but that seems to be the case. I didn't want to eat the ghost either because it was blocking me from collecting the dots as well, so I went around. This I would assume can be avoided but not sure if it's the way the stage is played throughout.
Making my way to the edge of the screen and wrapping around chasing the other player seems like it wouldn't matter since the corresponding player would have already eaten the dots anyway, on certain levels.
I stayed static because I had to wait for the other player to finish as well, yes, I could have eaten the dots but I figured that the Red Ghost would have caught up on the blue level, by me going Left, Right, Up, Left for the dots. I do this because I thought that possibly it wouldn't have mattered anyway because each player has to eat each dot, and by finishing at the same time by eating the ending dots, I thought that might of been faster.
Is this run un-optimized ... eh I personally wouldn't think so, I mean it's probable that something could be faster, and a 13:00 or a 12:50 is in the margin for possibility, but for now, I think it's okay personally, and if someone would like to do this faster, you are welcome to do so.

- You do know the game is partially manipulable, even if not a whole lot.
-- Even though it's not obvious, I showcased that in my Level 2 input.
- You spelt "I didn't bother routing to eat the remaining dots" wrong.
- Not letting you have that one. There's a thing called rerouting, you should learn it one day.
-- There's also a thing that some person goes "Improvise. Adapt. Overcome." you should learn that.

You're looking at the comparisons as a whole.
Pay attention to the opening half input on both yours and mine where there are no ghosts accounted for. Especially in 3.

Spikestuff literally showed you examples of where your movie is slow. That is very clearly un-optimized. Optimization is NOT subjective at all, especially when you where SHOWN Hiw slow you were.
