This is a 2 frame improvement over the previous movie. The improvement comes from an earlier first hit on the Dark Link fight. No other inputs were changed.
If you need a rundown of the route for this game, I would suggest reading the previous submissions, as this one made no changes in its route.

Memory: Judging
Memory: Given that the same improvement works in FCEUX, it's safe to say this improvement isn't related to emulation differences at all.
Despite this improvement being small, there doesn't look to be any obvious places to improve from here.
Given the previous run has high ratings and this one has really positive reception as well (being 90% the same run), not to mention all the weird... fast... glitchy... stuff... that happens in the run, it's a no brainer what to do with it.

I double-checked the Dark Link fight to make sure there's nothing more to be saved there. The improvement is actually as simple as deleting two blank inputs between the movement and the first sword slash. And then resyncing the rest of the fight of course. Not sure if those two frames were missed before, or if they were unable to get a good 2nd hit and beyond with it. I don't see any way to possibly reach Dark Link faster than this for dealing the first hit, and all subsequent hits are done 56 frames apart, which is Dark Link's invulnerability time, so they should be maxed out. The last sword slash is the end of input, and Dark Link gets hit by the last frame of the slash, so I believe early input end is maxed out as well. As far as the rest of the game goes, assessing this kind of insane movement is beyond my capabilities.

Does this improvement work on the emulator used for the previous submission (FCEUX 2.2.3)?

I dont know of a way to import bk2 to fm2, but the original FCEUX file syncs on bizhawk when imported. So I would be surprised to see it not sync on FCEUX.

I mean if you manually added the inputs you added here, would they work?

Manually adding the inputs to the FCEUX file gives back the same results (ignore the fact that this file says it's one frame shorter, truncading files is different in FCEUX compared to BizHawk so I'm not used to it.) http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/64675315204864739 I'm also posting this here to console verification purposes.

You forgot that it counts frame 0. Anyways thanks.
