I made a TAS in which the game completes after 11 frames of my last input. So I should stop the movie at the last input frame or the frame from where the lag starts??? And one more thing... Why is there always one extra frame when we delete the selected, it does not happens with FCEUX's TAS Editor, but in TAS Studio, we can't get our input on the last frame...

In most cases, last input makes the most sense, especially if the remainder of the game is just a cutscene/credits sequence. But its worth noting that in some games like Solitaire, there is a autocomplete section at the end of the run, so it might make sense to optimize for least time it takes to complete the game. At the end of the day, its still the runners choice though, especially if its a first edition TAS. If you are trying to obsolete a existing movie, either follow the same thing as that movie or have a good reason to change it.

Don't think too hard about it, we can always replace a the movie file of a submission for you, without problems. Stay easy ✌ It would be an issue if the new movie file required major extra work for the author, or if it resulted in a completely different viewing experience for the audience, but since we're talking about just 11 frames here, it's barely worth mentioning.
my personal page - my YouTube channel - my GitHub - my Discord: thunderaxe31 <Masterjun> if you look at the "NES" in a weird angle, it actually clearly says "GBA"

I used to be able to get rid of that frame in older versions of bizhawk, but I've been told that it does not count in the movie parser's calculations of your final time.
