I was watching Arcus' RTA NES Mega Man 22:15 and never paid attention to the ending graphics of this game.
I guess this is only a programming error and emulators work as it should be, but I'm curious about this cause, as I've heard about this issue:

In NES Mega Man:
For 1 frame, 1-2 sprites can pop on the same frame the sun comes up while changing the colors/palette

Now, unfortunately, 2601M the game ending glitch TAS console verification video doesn't shows the console ending sequence, wanted to see if the same "nothing" comes up there.
Would like to know if anyone tinkered with this and found any conclusion about what decides which sprites are shown.
