Super Mario Bros. DX
Beat the game with warps and defeat Bowser.
Emulator used: BizHawk 2.10 Beat the game with warps as fast as possible. Defeat Bowser with a fast time.
This is an improved version of my previous run of Super Mario Bros. Deluxe.
I wanted to make a TAS with Gameboy/Gameboy Color games so I got Super Mario Bros. DX and tried to make a TAS out of it, so I did and this was the first time I beat an original Mario game using TAS.
I was going fast in World 1 and used a warp to World 4 then warped to World 8 then I defeated Bowser in World 8-4.
World 1-1
The first stage in Super Mario Bros. which requires the player to platform jump and introduces the game's basics.
World 1-2
The underground stage in Super Mario Bros. which has a secret warp zone to let the player pick which world that the player wants to go through 3 pipes that has World 2, 3, and 4.
The last castle level known as 8-4 which has Bowser and an axe to destroy the bridge and then Bowser falls into the lava and then Mario saves Princess Toadstool/ Princess Peach.
I did my first wall jump in World 8-4.
I'm proud of myself for this TAS. I could improve my time.

CoolHandMike: Claiming for judging.
CoolHandMike: I am going to repeat a lot of what I wrote in your first submission before you opened this one. Hello Zain thank you for your submission. To accept a movie it needs to be well optimized and faster than any other existing movies for that game on the site. With this movie that are lots of noticeable areas that could be improved. Particularly noticeable unoptimized sections are where you wait longer than is necessary in a lot of areas. The existing publication makes use of powerups to speed things up for example. This tas also fails to beat the existing published [6612] GBC Super Mario Bros. Deluxe "warps" by KingKappa & Shot313 in 04:57.38. In the future please make sure to check that your submission beats existing times. Members are willing to help you with advice in the forum or on our Discord server.
Rejecting due to a faster publication existing.
Also please do not make a submission to the same game twice. Just post a userfile and ask for it to be replaced.

Hello again, Zain. You should not submit a run if it doesn't beat all existing records. If you continue to do so you might get stripped of your ability to submit runs. You can share runs on the TASvideos User files section, or post them on your Youtube channel and link them on the game's forum topic. But submitting a run is only for when you are certain that it is the fastest record for that game and category. By searching "Super Mario Deluxe", I found a run in the "warps" category that is faster than your run.

If you're aiming for speed, your submission must match or beat all known records.
That being said, this is not meant to discourage you. You are welcome to post on the forums or on Discord and get in touch with other users who will be happy to help you improve your skills.

Hey MUGG so I made an FDS Super Mario Bros Minus World TAS and I want to know if I beat Happy Lee's Minus World TAS that was clocked in at 02:44.61. Here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhFGhT8xm1I

@Zain Your video states your time is 2:37.10. But your video finishes at video time stamp 2:51 and gameplay looks slower compared to HappyLee's run. So 2:37.10 can't be right. If you want, you can upload the movie file for your SMB run here and then make a post here linking to your uploaded movie file.

I used a stopwatch and I started it the second that Mario starts moving.
