Roblox doesn't have a Linux client and requires an Internet connection, so definitely not.
I found this tool in an old thread which claims to add TAS tools to Roblox Studio.
I contribute to BizHawk as Linux/cross-platform lead, testing and automation lead, and UI designer. This year, I'm experimenting with streaming BizHawk development on Twitch. nope

Hey look buddy, I'm an engineer. That means I solve problems. Not problems like "What is software," because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems. For instance, how am I gonna stop some high-wattage thread-ripping monster of a CPU dead in its tracks? The answer: use code. And if that don't work? Use more code.
Roblox is an online game, you know. Sure, you can add TAS tools to Roblox Studio, just like what YoshiRulz said, but I think it would be only for a specific game you make, and not the whole game. Sure, there are other online games like PolyTrack using the PolyPlus mod, but TASing online games is essentially in it's infancy right now, so I don't really think it's possible at the moment. I don't think game creators would care about putting TAS tools into their games because they would consider it "cheating", because yes, TASing is cheating, specifically if you use TAS tools unfairly.
Don't talk to me until I've had my god damn sugar.

TAS The Roblox Games Is Possible with libTAS?
while it's possible to run roblox on linux with Sober, hooking it up with libTAS is impossible due to it being a flatpak and essentially just a port of the android version to linux. even if you could hook it up, that would generate various desyncing issues due to being a online game with varying loading times and also, having a account logged in would count as "SRAM", what generally requires a verification movie, which would require the password to the account used to be pretty much public. even if that wasnt an issue, the anti-cheat (depending on the game) would not like libTAS to be interfering with the game and as Stockiel mentioned, TAS could be used unfairly, specially with multiplayer games so the roblox team may try to prevent it to keep working.
quick final note: the current TASes for roblox are not publishable due to first, not having a movie file so it has unverifyable sync, second, you generally have impossible control over the character like position, speed, etc... and finally third, the TAS tools generally made, makes the character's animations dont work correctly making a "emulation issue". all of that makes it impossible to accept, even for playground
