I've been working on this so the list of Bart games for the NES can be closed out. Other than a casual playthrough a few years ago, I'm not particularly familiar with this game, so I'm basing it on the route used in the fastest real-time speedruns at this time. There is in general not much information available about this game, so if anyone sits on any details, feel free to share.
The current status is that I have completed a full draft and now I'm trying to analyze the code behind some of the relevant sections to see if additional manipulations are possible. In parallel, I've created a resource page for this game and will update it as I go along.

Draft of a complete TAS. I believe this is the final version until chapter 2. There is a 64 frame window at the end of chapter 1 (the swamp hag boss fight) that I barely managed to get (after a lot of back and forth). But chapter 2-4 should be possible to improve. Unless something major is found, I expect the final time to be a little above 11 min.
