Fine,it's time to submits this unique run.Some place it does work with Rush coil,even it you can't use super arrow.U think u can do everything without Super Arrow,right?
Objective
-Manipulate luck
-Takes damage to save time
-Complete the game as fast as possible
-With no Super Arrow to beats the game
Star Man
-Like NES,with the same thing usual.Taking the damage can falls faster.
Gravity Man
-In the Gravity fight,I use the same fast way to beat Gravity man(Refer to Baddap1's run).
Gryo Man
-With Rush Coil,it should be fast way to climb ladder.
Crystal Man
-Unlike any%,I did the comparison myself between the same branch and McBobX's run.Crystal Death Wrap's run is faster than McBobX's usual run.
Napalm Man
-Make a screen scrolling with Rush coil at before the robot's door.To ensure it can reach the standard.
Stone Man
-This Stone Man's pattern is pretty made me sick.I have to press the menu since I can't find the perfect frame to take one shot.
Charge Man
-I did the glitch at place that's before reach the robot's door even if you can't use Super Arrow.
-The key to performing this glitch was taking damage, and pressing right while megaman was being damaged. There are a lot of things that will make the glitch fail even after taking damage, so my movements after being damaged might seem strange sometimes. I wasn’t allowed to shoot the enemy I was being damaged by right away. You may not make the screen scroll to the left. I wasn’t allowed to slide until the screen stopped scrolling, and some other stuff. Because of these restrictions, I shot the enemies and there projectiles with normal shots to avoid lag. It was better than a charged shot.
Wave Man
-Nothing I have to say,it's usual playing.
Dark Man
-Base on no super arrow,kind of usual playing.
Wily Castle
-I don't refill energy to any weapon(Beside Star Crash).Cause I want to skip the boss refight with Rush jet.
-U have to beat the wily capsule in Wily 3,patiently
-One shot with Star Crash to end at Wily 4 second stage.
Thanks to McBobX's run that's was 10 years ago,I can refer more and more.

Why do you kill Starman first? It could be faster to start with Gyroman to get Rush Jet or Chargeman to get Charge Kick and pass through enemies

I just pick the usual route.I had no idea the another route.

I think the usage of Rush Jet in both Star Man and Gravity Man is not impactful, as both stages have gimmicks allowing to reach to the top of the screen easier, which, in my opinion, makes Star first route still optimal for this category.

An important thing to note is that gyro attack is fairly strong against a large number of regular enemies in the game, which is potentially helpful in Star Man and Gravity Man's stages to clear enemies in fewer shots to slide sooner. However, I don't know how much of a tradeoff it would be to fight Gyro Man first without Gravity Hold mainly due to the potential loss of just not getting a fast enough pattern for a buster only fight.

There's many parts where optimization looks sloppy by simple look, and the category itself doesn't look very attractive to me, voting Meh.
