I've never played much PSX by emulator.. but yesterday i was trying.. and it is working fine.. but.. when i load a state, it comes with a black screen o.o but with the audio working, and by the audio, i can notice that it loaded the state correctly.. but the video doesnt come back anymore.. why it happens? And, whats the best psx emulator in your opinion?

Maybe you had paused the game and savestate it? Try load it and unpause. Sometime it doesnt emulate freeze frame properly from savestate I think. *edit - oh, best emu is ePSXe I guess, just have both 1.5.2 and 1.6.0 and you will be fine with it. Some game won't work in 1.5.2 and then work in 1.6.0, some won't work in 1.6.0 and then work in 1.5.2.

Um.. wow.. what the heck, it's happening to me too, even on 1.5.2. I remember being able to play it fine long ago. I tried to fiddle around with Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.75 plugin config, haven't get loading savestate to work. I think in-game memory card should work fine anyway.

I have played all my PS1 games on epsxe 1.6.0, they all worked except FF9 (won't pass airship cutscene but whatever, need to play on 1.5.2), Grand Turismo 2 (won't load at all on either), and of course SaGa Frontier (new).

Those links aren't even that wide for me, anyway, 'cause I'm using 1280x1024 resolution.

You should switch to 320x240 some time.

I think just Saga Frontier comes up black screen from loading savestate, why not play with in-game memory card?

because savestate is more convenient, since you dont have to wait the loading, etc.. ^^ but if it's the only way, i'll you use it
