BTW, I am always curious about the "flying-around egg" which sometimes appears and self-destructs soon after you enter the corridor (where the gate to the final stage is) from the left enterance. Do you know what is it?
I think i have seen that but i have no idea what it is.

Bleh! Of course, you can just use Gil to charge Bop, so you can skip Bop-louie's secret weapon.
How do you do that? Heart just disappears when i change to bob.

Okay i tested it on the rope at the sky(longest): If i hold up and press jump every second frame i will lose 3 frames If i hold up and press jump every third frame i will gain 1 frame If i hold up and press jump every fourth frame i will lose 3 frames I also tested it on the shorter ropes and could not improve, so i think you will need to jump like 8-10 times every third frame and you will gain 1 frame.

Forest Done Okay the gapjump was easy after i understood what blublu meaned with that mumbo-jumbo thing. I improved 16 frames more but i lost 14 frames at swimming part because of some weird lag i think I even did the part exactly same like blublu but still i lose 14 frames. Also improved Freeon-Leeon battle 8 frames more.

That gapjump is impossible... I watched blublu wip with frame advance and it looks so simple but i cant get it to work.

I just finished Ice cave and im 190 frames ahead blublus wip. - 1 Frame improved by jumping 1 frame later on that rope at the beginning - 12 Frames after the bounce in cave the green enemy comes closer than blublus run(?) so i can land on it and i dont have to slowdown - 99 Frames improved at Freeon-Leeon battle(I think i can still improve it i will try later) - 78 Frames at ice cave by using that jumping glitch http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/4332/ufouria.fcm

I had a few questions about 8-4: 1. There's a place where you wait for a pirhana plant when you have fire power. Why not just shoot it? 2. The swimming didn't look optimal... at the end it looks like you wait for no reason. Were you manipulating something?
1. I had to duckjump so i cant shoot before i have landed on pipe and then pirhana plant is already going down so fire ball goes over it 2. Like Twisted Eye said if i would go straight to pipe i would ended too high so i would have to wait mario to come down and its slower because i would have to accelrate falling speed again also i think it looks less uglier this way.

Why did you use an Allstars & SMW dual cart instead of the Allstars cart?
Well i had Allstars + world rom only on my computer when i started this run and i didn't see any point to get Allstars only rom when there's no differences in the game. Nice to see you guys liked it.

Well, this is pretty easy game for TASing World A Done Theres weird thing on A-4 Bowser after killing bowser and hitting axe screen suddenly stops when mario walking to bag. Its the koopa dropping into lava and i couldn't figure how to avoid it expect for waiting before hitting axe. The weird thing is this haven't happened other bowsers and on last version i killed this browers slower so koopa already was dropped into lava and this didn't happen. Well in overall killing bowser is now 14 frames faster but that thing takes 24 frames.

Nice nitsuja! I hope i could do hex editing instead of doing whole run again just dont know how it works. I know how to do the backjump thing now but jumping again when i get mushroom seems to be hard... I think i start making next version after weekend.

Thanks. hehe i should read the tricks page before starting the run
Avoiding fireworks (SMB1, SMB2j) In SMB1, fireworks come when a level is completed with the last digit of the timer at 1, 3, or 6. In SMB2j, fireworks come when the last digit of your coin counter matches the last digit of the timer. Getting fireworks wastes time, so you should avoid them.
so back to level 3-3...
