Impressive glitching. Funny that the game ends even before the starting screen.

Sorry. Busy Friday Link to video
Not sure why you apologized, but thanks for the encode! Yea this was a great and entertaining tas. I was a fan of the original tas here https://tasvideos.org/4362M , but this was even better! Easy yes vote. Could you explain a little bit more about the various strategies and tricks involved with 2 players?

Wish there was an encode. Sounds like an interesting idea. Was this usual for gba games to switch characters like this?

The firing range mini-game takes at least 35* seconds to complete, which is certainly longer than collecting enough villains and nukes in any level, including any of nuke store sub-levels. Besides, each new visit of the firing range increases the target meter by 10 up to 60 units (40-50-60), which also makes it longer to complete * - maybe TAS can narrow it down to ~30 seconds, but manipulating the spawn of dartboards doesn't have much potential
Yea even 30 seconds does not sound promising. As an aside. The NES booklet has some pretty amusing looking drawings in it too: https://www.thegameisafootarcade.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Robocop-2-Game-Manual.pdf

This game looks unfun to play, but the tas looks good. Looking up the game there is this firing range you could use twice to bypass the collection requirements in two levels of a playthrough. Could using the firing range be faster on a level?

Cool physics manipulations on display here. Liked the last stage where the author somehow goes up a straight wall. Yes vote.

That would push the time most likely but definitely a non trivial modification! Sounds possible though. Edit In addition I wonder if you even need that Blizzard powerup item if multiple characters are used in that one battle. Just an idea.

Hmm. Interesting level design and the solutions are tassy looking so I like that. Would an "abuse ending" even if gotten without actually "cheating" be considered a different branch? Since the only difference would be not taking an avoidable death?

Yes vote. Finally got some time to watch this and it was as good as expected. Lots of crazy movement glitches and skips throughout. I only wonder about the leveling of Bowie, since after Cameela, Bowie is not even used. Could ganging up on Cameela with multiple characters and then RNGing the heck out of the game to get the enemy to miss work?

Yes vote. Deathscythe was one of my favorites in this game and it is nice to see my choice being validated like this. Enjoyed this tas!

This was awesome! One of my favorite Mega Man games got an updated tas so that is more inline with the other ones. Amusing how two completely different companies and developers ended up with almost exactly the same zip bug.

I would like to nominate RiYAN and CoolHandMike's Demons of Asteborg for stars. We put a lot of work went into it, and it looks great. Think it would fit into the star category nicely. https://tasvideos.org/Forum/Topics/24820

Going to give thus a yes vote since it is done really fast with some good moments. I just wish the game devs put in more variation.

Why did you not use the 2x speed (spacebar) option?
It was considered a cheat code more than ten years ago. I think it's fair anyway to accept as is.
That judgement looks really arbitrary, if anything such simple usage would have been intended part of gameplay since it is not hidden in any way and is by default mapped to spacebar, a very standard button with no special configuration needed to use it. Also, an already trolly and spastic game being played at 2x is more suited for tases imo. For this game why not have two branches?
