21:56 is zsr timing, which starts from file select (~15 seconds from power on) to the final hit on ganon. It's like 19 minutes sda timing.
Oh, right. My mistake.

I'd give this a 0.1 in entertainment; watching this TAS reminded me of several unpleasant childhood memories. I found this situation to be highly unentertaining. This applies to the run itself, as there are no sections in it that do not remind me of those unpleasant childhood memories.
And how is it the fault of the author that the run reminds you of "unpleasant childhood memories"? Why would you rate the run based on outside factors?

Afaik it's slightly above 20 minutes at last blow to Ganon. So TAS timing will be longer...
I should've known he was going by SDA timing. Well, it's still impressive that it's almost two minutes faster than the fastest real-time speedrun.

And, why they beat their teammates? I would ask one simple question: Would anyone just let his friend beat him if he wants to be the champion of a tournament? I don't think anybody would answer "Yes, just kick my ass and take the medal." It's not team fight, it's single fight, why would even bother to think about teammates?
Why are the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fighting each other anyway? They're a team, and they're all good guys. So why are they fighting each other?

It's an option in Dolphin. You can find it in the Graphics options, in a drop-down menu labeled "Backend:". You should see Direct3D9, and you can change it to Direct3D11 or OpenGL.

I'm not that familiar with the game, but I found this really entertaining and funny in a lot of places. I think it's at least at the quality of the published SMB3 "glitchfest". How could I vote anything other than Yes?

On the console front, ZFG got a new time of 21:56 a few hours ago: http://www.twitch.tv/zfg1/b/316256944
What's funny is I was watching his live stream about 20 hours ago (when he was still trying to get sub 22 minutes) and I first heard the TAS was done from him. (A real-time speedrunner! I found that pretty ironic.) He said it's under 20 minutes and uses the Mido skip! I'm excited to see it too. (Guess I'll watch the awesome MST TAS again while I'm waiting.)

Great job on the new page! I didn't know about the free account bitrate cap before; I wondered why most Nicovideo encodes were of such poor quality.

Yes, there are two ways I know of. The first way is playing back your .dtm, loading your savestate, and then saving over your .dtm with the new input. The other way to recover your .dtm is to go to the main savestates folder (User>StateSaves), load one of the .dtms your savestate is attached to, and continue working from there. Also, welcome to TASVideos!

Nice run, BrotherMojo! Short, glitchy and fast-paced. Also, the technical quality of this movie is evident from your well-written submission text. Yes vote!

I found this repetitive and not very entertaining. Any reason you used similar moves for every fight? At least tell us something other than "bla bla bla...". Why are the Turtles fighting each other in this game anyway? It would be like the Power Rangers suddenly deciding to fight each other. It might make a decent game, but why would you fight your teammates? I haven't voted yet. EDIT: Voted No.

It will use a metal cap BLJ.
Even better! By the way, have they made any progress since the last encode was posted?

I would recommend merging the latest revision at the time you compile the build with the "TAS-input" branch. It would probably help my movie sync on your build, if I need your help. By the way, I haven't touched Dolphin lately due to a literature review in English 102 last week, and a big group project this week. When I left off two weeks ago, I believe I had optimized the jumping to Kroop's door, so when I get back to it next week, I'll work on walking up to/talking to him.

You seem to have a lot of crazy video game-related dreams, DrSaturn. That one was really funny though. I just remembered a dream I first had two months ago (because I had a similar dream last night). I dreamt that not only was 3DS TASing possible, but there was a published TAS of Super Mario 3D Land. I was watching it excitedly on the "Movies-3DS" page when Mario started running around randomly and falling into pits. I started wondering how it got published when the author had made so many blatant mistakes. Right after that, the dream ended. Then last night, I had a dream that there were lots of published TASes in the (currently empty) GameCube section. I was about to watch one when I started wondering how I missed all of these runs in the Workbench. Immediately, the dream ended.

According to the records page, this 9"00 TAS by snark should be it, but I can't view the video right now for some reason (despite being logged in).

Hasn't that always been a problem? I don't think there was ever a revision that deleted the save file when replaying the dtm.

Make two more posts and you will be able to vote. It's nice to see another great run of another good Mega Man clone. I found this just as entertaining as the Rosenkreuzstilette run. I liked the stages when you were falling through the floor and jumping through the ceiling just like the Mega Man 2 TAS. Great job, Yes vote!

This did get a little repetitive and boring, but I liked the music and the style of gameplay. It's different from any game I've played or watched, and I think it deserves to be published. Good job! Voting Yes.

Nice run, TASeditor! I liked the glitches and the overall optimization. The game is pretty impressive for an early Game Boy title, and I was entertained throughout the run. Yes vote.

I've always interpreted them as the type of run like: a "4 player" run or a "0 star" run which reads correctly. It doesn't seem like a big deal to me.
Like Warp said, "0-star" would also be correct, but not "0 star".

NES A Nightmare on Elm Street "4 Player" has the same problem. It would make more sense for this movie to be changed to "4 players" and for SM64 any% to be changed to "0 stars".
