It is one of my favorites, too. How do you keep finding all of these improvements? I've done a bunch of tests, but I wasn't able to find anything else in my 17:39.19.

I think I had a WIP that saved a few more frames shortly after that last one, but for the most part I haven't touched it since then.
Not giving up on it though. TMNT 4 is gonna be priority 1 now that I'm back.

This glitch does not seem special enough to warrant a separate run. If the glitch changed much of the run it might, but as it is now, it does not. Rejecting.
Cool to see an improvement to punch out. I wonder though if this is really the only improvement possible, seems like some things are only known empirically, are there any other possibilities out there?

I don't really know of any. I've done a few tests, but nothing has come up. Also, I forgot to put him. I'm putting him now.

This submission improves several fights, and I'll make a glitchless version with the improved Bald Bull soon. I still think this glitch is a good side branch.

The world record is about 5 minutes faster than this. I can't believe this TAS hasn't been beaten. I have started making a new one to reflect the changes, but I'm having trouble manipulating DVs.

DJ Incendration, that post was not addressed to you. Not sure how, but it seems that you have mistaken this old thread with the discussion that you were having with TiKevin83 yesterday.
It was not a mistake. He had said to either ask him on Discord, or put it in a forum post. He sent me a link to the submission, and I went to discuss it since it's related to Yellow. I still don't know why I was called Alaktorn… maybe because it's similar-sounding to "Alex Kern"?

Drop it, ALAKTORN, I know how it feels like to vote No on a submission with many Yes. I'm certain that there are other people that dislike the extremely broken nature of this category, although this criticism didn't appear in previous submissions.

I made a proof of concept Bizhawk integration a long time ago. It played games with working video, audio, and basic input, but there was a lot of work left to do. I chose not to pursue it further at the time because PPSSPP was under very active development and I felt it would be better to wait for them to resolve a lot of their own stuff first.
There's been no work since then. If you really want to see PPSSPPBizhawk, you'd be better off starting with a version of Bizhawk that actually had it, but there's really nothing to see; it's just PPSSPP but with a lot of stuff not working. Most notably, there was no attempt at savestates, so there is no TASabilty.
I get your point. However, BizHawk has savestate capabilities, and the sound stuff has been fixed. Where can I find PPSSPPBizhawk.dll?

Got a question about "There's video evidence that it's legit!" that. I'm very curious which video you are referring to, considering now such video was ever provided during the whole discussion/dispute about that.
I know that the Stairs Glitch is where you climb 70 stairs and certain things happen. For a credits warp, you need to get 56 houses, 57 heals and 201 Pures (the way to get 201 is underflow the pure-count and drink 54 in battle.) Use down to 32 houses, save only with the last one and jump to your inventory (with a code) to get the credits rolling.
