I don't know why Armwrest.zip is crashing for me just before the first opponent, Texas Mac, shows up. Punch-Out!! and Super Punch-Out!! work, but there are slight inaccuracies compared to a real machine (example: the counting speed is a bit fast on Mame for PO and SPO, and the laughing is faster for Arm Wrestling.)

So weird that armwrest.zip isn't working for me, and it's also weird that they removed support for the two games. It was unnecessary for them to do so.

So, now Armwrest.zip crashes the emulator for me. The other games I play (punchout.zip and spnchout.zip) all work, just armwrest.zip. It works until after the man says "Gentlemen, let the tournament begin!"

I don't understand. I paid attention to the SPO Boxer Strats channel where Lixunis mentioned it. Research has been done for this fight.

Nice work, yes vote! There's a real time improvement you missed. On Bald Bull, it's actually faster in real time to knock him down with an uppercut when he's dizzy.

Hi. I downloaded the rom and played the TAS back. I must point out, though, that world 1 is not optimized; I managed to save some time over this TAS. After 4-1, I will post my findings.

I know, this thread is old, but I like this TAS. It's a shame this author was banned. They did this only once, and they just forgot to include the other authors in the submission.

Easy yes vote. Did not realize the 100% category could go this fast. When I found the time was under 10 minutes with the branch being 100%, I thought it was incomplete, considering that the record for this category is 17:34. That run sounded pretty fast (I say sounded because I'm blind). This run blows my mind.

Hello, Welcome to the site! As Spikestuff pointed out, there is a faster TAS of this game. Also, RAM watch/Lua scripts can be very useful when TASing games like this. Good luck on future TASes here!

I'm giving this a no vote. This TAS technically doesn't beat the game, and even if it did, it's slower than any other Gen 1 publication.

Hi, I am looking into making a Pal version of this TAS. I read in the submission comments that you found a strategy that couldn't quite work on the US version. What is the strat? I'd like to make a TAS of the Pal version.
