I think a TAS for this would be faster on GaW for GBA, this one just seems too slow and just looks like a human playing it.

The point is to beat the full game, skipping major sections of the game with a password defeats the purpose. Exceptions may be granted under special considerations (such as the game being too long and repetitive); consult with a judge first.
you also did not beat Bowser in the fastest time. I was able to save 2,230 frames on the bowser fight just doing it on my own. but that's besides the point.

it's cool to see a new TAS for this game come up, as I have been seeing the current one many times.
the game is so creepy for a loony toons game.
the only thing I would ask about is when you get that helium in the first level to float up, you grab it from the bottom, wouldnt it be faster to get it from the top?

So i noticed that before you entered the water temple's blue warp, you played a rendition of "we are number one". I think that is funny and wouldn't want to have stuff like that be taken out of TASes, but I do have to ask if it wastes any time at all?

There's alot of things to do to optimize more of the run, usually you don't submit a TAS once you finish it right away, you continue to work on it to make improvements and find some other skips. And TASVideos doesn't compare RTA times with emulator runs because project64 runs better than regular console. If you can beat the console run then the site should accept it.

the movie definity has some entertainment value, like how you jump through the ground to walk under it. I also love watching TASes of bootlegs. very well optimized and didnt see any issues. for a first TAS, this is pretty good.

alot of the damage boosts are usually in areas where the spider that crawls down is slow when moving up, it's alot faster to take damage from the spider and walk through it than it is to wait for it to climb back up.
2 instances where I take damage from the bird also allow me to pass through the spider, but also to pass a rattlesnake, as jumping over it slows dora down. also to pass the aligator's mouth in the last level.
even though some damage boosts don't look like it saves any time, it's really only faster by one frame.

when I click on a frame that is close to the position of the playback cursor, it works just fine, but for some reason when I try to go farther down like 1000 frames, it refuses to move with it. I'm not sure why it's doing this and am getting really frustrated with it.
